We're so glad you asked! It's our firm belief that no one should go through life hating their workout. We want your workout to feel like a night out with your besties! Consider this your official invitation to the ultimate transformative dance party.
We keep things fun, but still SHiNE is a killer workout. In fact, SHiNE is where a dance party meets targeted muscle work. Our original choreography, rooted in traditional jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, provides the perfect balance of cardio, toning, and strength components. Each routine is designed to get our students out of their heads and into their bodies by using the best and most current music.

Upcoming Classes
We currently offer classes on the following days in these time slots:
Tuesdays at 6:30 a.m. **TUESDAY 9:00am class is on hold!**
Wednesdays at 12:10 p.m.
Thursdays at 6:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Saturdays at 7:30 a.m.
Sundays at 11:15am and 6:00 p.m.
Class formats (e.g. SHiNE, SHiNE Light, UPLIFT, etc.) will vary. Please see schedule below.
If you are joining us for your first class, please visit the "Purchase Your Pass" page, buy your pass, and then register for your desired class.
All of our class information, including the studio address and what to bring with you to class, is detailed in each class link below. These details will also be emailed to you upon registration. We can't wait to see you in the studio!
