Upcoming Classes
We currently offer classes on the following days in these time slots:
Tuesdays at 6:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
Wednesdays at 12:10 p.m.
Thursdays at 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Saturdays at 7:30 a.m.
and Sundays at 6:00 p.m.
Class formats (e.g. SHiNE, SHiNE Light, UPLIFT, etc.) will vary. Please see schedule below.
If you are joining us for your first class, please visit the "Purchase Your Pass" page, buy your pass, and then register for your desired class.
All of our class information, including the studio address and what to bring with you to class, is detailed in each class link below. These details will also be emailed to you upon registration. We can't wait to see you in the studio!
