About the Event
Please bring a water bottle and indoor-only gym shoes. We also encourage you to bring a towel, if you like. We do ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to class in order to sign in, change your shoes, and find your spot. Doors open at 7:45 a.m. See you there!
