Join Nan on Tuesday morning while Michelle is away! | We structure our express classes in a way that the intensity matches that of a one-hour set. These classes are shorter but just as effective. Save those extra minutes for your commute or daily task list. Get your workout in and enjoy your day!

About the Event
In addition to indoor shoes, we invite you to bring a water bottle and a sweat towel, if you would like! Occasionally, our dancers will need a yoga mat. If you don't have one, we do have sanitized mats and other support options at the studio.
If you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms, we ask that you wear a mask or visor for the safety of our immunocompromised, pregnant, or otherwise at-risk dancers.
